Fast Ebikes is an online store for Canadians who want fast, powerful e-bikes from established brands. We sell online only, and we ship free across Canada.
What you can count on
- Free shipping across Canada. We process orders within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed, and delivery takes 2–7 business days depending on where you live. We ship with Canpar, UPS and FedEx. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or remote communities.
- Free cancellation for 24 hours. You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order at no cost.
- 15 days to return. Unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee and return shipping apply, except when we shipped the wrong item or the item is materially not as described.
- Dead on arrival. If your e-bike arrives factory-defective — it will not power on or off, will not charge, shows an error code or has electric components that do not work — and has under 10 km of use, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will help arrange a refund or warranty repair.
- Help with warranty claims. Every e-bike we sell carries its manufacturer's warranty against verified manufacturing defects, typically 1–2 years depending on the brand. Contact us first, with photos, and we manage the claim with the manufacturer for you. Warranties cover parts, never labour.

E-bikes above 500 W are for private property
Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia and Alberta set a 500 W motor limit for e-bikes on public roads (see E-bike rules in Canada by province). E-bikes above that limit are sold for use on private property only, such as farms and private land — not on public roads, trails, sidewalks or rights-of-way. You agree to this when you place an order; see our Terms of Service.
