Never pay for support again for the life of your plan. Every e-bike from Fast Ebikes includes your first month of Fast Ebikes Shield. After that, remote support is billed per session (Fast Ebikes Tech Session, from $59) unless you hold a Fast Ebikes Shield plan. Plan holders get unlimited Fast Ebikes Shield, free, for the full term.
Fast Ebikes Shield is a service, not a warranty. Your e-bike's warranty is the manufacturer's warranty. Fast Ebikes Shield is our team handling it for you.
What's included:

What's not included:
- Physical repairs, replacement parts, or labour — Fast Ebikes Shield never adds parts coverage and never pays for parts or labour
- Wear-and-tear components — pedals, cranks, suspension, tires, brake pads, chains, and similar (full list in our Warranty Policy & Fast Ebikes Shield)
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, lack of maintenance, unattended/parking damage, or modification
- Any promise about the manufacturer's decision, term, or continued existence — the manufacturer decides the claim; if it declines or ceases operations, Fast Ebikes Shield continues as diagnostics and part sourcing
Plans: 1, 2 or 3 years.
Plan terms: your plan starts the day after your included first month ends, so a 1-year plan gives you 13 months of Fast Ebikes Shield from delivery. One bike, one owner. Non-refundable once purchased, except refunded in full if your order is cancelled or your e-bike is returned under our Refund Policy.
