The OHM Discover is a step-through commuter built on Bosch's Smart System, with a 63 mm coil fork to soften broken pavement and gravel paths. It comes ready for errands with a built-in rear carrier, lights, fenders and hydraulic brakes, and weighs 23.9 kg.
Highlights
- Bosch drive unit: the Active Line Plus is rated 250 W continuous with a 600 W peak and 50 Nm of torque; assist runs to 32 km/h, the brand's Canadian setting.
- Swappable battery: a 400 Wh Bosch PowerPack mounts on the frame and comes off without tools; 545 Wh and 800 Wh packs are sold separately.
- Range by mode: OHM puts the 400 Wh pack at roughly 90–110 km in Eco on flat ground, 60–80 km in Tour and 30–40 km in Turbo.
- Comfort setup: a Suntour Mobie-A32 coil fork with 63 mm of travel, on 27.5 x 2.15 in Schwalbe Big Apple tires.
- Brakes and gears: Shimano dual-piston hydraulic discs on 180 mm rotors, and a Shimano CUES 9-speed drivetrain with an 11-46T cassette.
- Room for cargo: the integrated rear carrier takes 27 kg and works with Snap-it 2.0 accessories; an optional front tray adds 10 kg.
Who it suits
Commuters and errand riders who want to step through the frame, sit upright and carry bags or a baby seat (OHM says the carrier takes one) on city streets and gravel paths. Sizes S, M and L fit riders from 152 to 190 cm.
