Comfort is excellent. The dual rear shocks and front fork soak up sidewalk cracks and the seat is genuinely supportive. Range has been around 60 km on mixed assist with the single battery, which is right in the advertised window. One star off because at 57 kg it's a lot to move around the garage and it won't go through a standard door unfolded. The mechanical discs needed a small adjustment after the first 100 km. Otherwise very happy and would buy again.
Fat tires handle the gravel lane to our cottage no problem. Rear basket takes two bags of groceries plus the dog food. 7 speeds is plenty for Halifax hills with the assist on 3. Solid trike.
I'm 71 and gave up my regular bike after a hip replacement two years ago. My daughter found this trike and I was skeptical, but the seat with the backrest is so comfortable I forget I'm on a bike. Three wheels means no wobbling at stop signs, and the parking brake is a nice touch when I stop at the market. It's heavy, so my son-in-law did the folding into the van the first time, but now I just ride from home. I'm out on the Assiniboine trails almost every morning. Wish I'd done this sooner.
