The Thames Valley Parkway
According to the City of London, the Thames Valley Parkway (TVP) is 45 km long, offers scenic river crossings and links to over 150 km of additional pathways connecting all corners of the city. Counting pathways, bike lanes and cycle tracks together, the City provides more than 350 km. A full TVP outing tests battery size, so look at Wh first: the Velotric Breeze 1 has a removable 627 Wh battery (Velotric lists up to 113 km on pedal assist), a torque sensor, 27.5 x 2.2 in Kenda puncture-resistant tires and a low step-through frame with 380 mm standover, all at 22.0 kg.
What winter does to London's paths
London's January daily average is −5.4 °C, with 57.4 days a year when the high stays at or below 0 °C, and January brings 52.0 cm of snowfall on average (Environment Canada climate normals, 1991–2020). The City's December 2025 winter update says the TVP and select park paths are cleared to a recreational standard after 8 cm of snow and are left snow-packed. Packed snow rewards wide rubber. The Velotric Nomad 2 runs 26 x 4.0 in Kenda fat tires, a 100 mm RST hydraulic fork with lockout, a suspension seatpost and a 706 Wh battery, with a step-thru or high-step frame. Commuting, parking and registration
On the roads, the City says bike lanes are usually cleared eight to 24 hours after a snowfall ends. Downtown has enclosed bike lockers at three locations, and City facilities such as community centres and arenas have bike racks. The London Police Service offers Londoners free bicycle registration through 529 Garage, a sensible step for any e-bike; our theft prevention guide covers locks. Share the Road Cycling Coalition lists London as a Silver Bicycle Friendly Community.

Questions
Do you ship e-bikes to London, Ontario?
We do, and shipping is free, as it is to every Canadian address we can reach. The bike goes to your home or to a local bike shop you choose and book for assembly. Pick an address where someone can sign, since every package needs a signature, and note we don't deliver to P.O. boxes.
Is there an e-bike store in London where I can see the bikes?
Not from us. Fast Ebikes sells online only, which means no London showroom, no test rides and no pickup. Compare what each maker lists on our product pages, such as battery Wh, tire size and weight, before you buy.
How long does delivery to London, Ontario take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed, and shipping takes 2–7 business days depending on where you are located. Once the order ships we email a tracking number. Cross-country parcels can go up to 5 days without a new scan, which is normal.
Which e-bike suits the TVP in winter?
One with fat tires. The City clears the Thames Valley Parkway to a recreational standard after 8 cm of snow and leaves it snow-packed. The Velotric Nomad 2, on 26 x 4.0 in Kenda fat tires with a 100 mm hydraulic fork, suits that surface.
Can a London bike shop assemble or service my e-bike?
We sell online only and don't run a repair shop. You can ship the order to a local bike shop you choose and book for assembly, and ask that shop, or another near you, about later service. The motor and parts details on our product pages help a shop quote the work.
